Now this would be something worth hearing. The three GQ Men of the Year Kid Cudi, Drake and Wale could have possibly been on a track that Wale says would have been one of the biggest songs in the country. Wale was trying to get all 3 on an unreleased track called “Let The Money Fall”.

“I told Cudi, if you tell Kanye to let me get that joint, we could make the biggest record ever—me, you, and Drake,” the D.C. rapper says of the Kanye West production, tentatively titled “Let the Money Fall.” “That would’ve been the record for us three to be on. I was like, this is gonna be bigger than any record ever.”

Last week, we gave you a preview of an interesting new addition to the Jordan Brand apparel arsenal. As part of the Air Jordan Retro Collection, JB will be releasing a set of Noctilucence (glow in the dark) Socks that feature elements from some classics in the legendary Air Jordan catalog. You may have already seen some of the different versions in our preview last week, but now we get a look at some more that are lined up such as some less talked about Jordans like the XVII, XVIII and XXI. It also appears that there will be another variation of the socks that has been created based on the Air Jordan V featuring the “shark tooth” design on the toe and a different collector’s box. Nike Air Max 1 Patta – White/Chlorophyll – Holiday 2009

Back in July, we gave you a look at an intriguing new collaboration between Nike and Amsterdam sneaker heavyweights, Patta, with the Air Max 1 as the weapon of choice. Now, we get a sneak peek at another Air Max 1 colorway whipped up by the Patta/Nike team. This version sticks close to the OG Air Max 1 color blocking, but throws in some Lime Green as the main accent color. The rest of the shoe sports sections of Grey suede and White mesh, giving it a nice classic look with a new twist. Aside from just the color scheme, Patta has put their signature on these by way of a special block-lettered tongue label. Keep reading to get a closer look at these and to compare them with the other upcoming Patta Air Max 1. Both are expected to drop some time this Holiday season, so be sure to stay tuned for more pics and info on the collaboration.

Nike Big Nike High – Lil’ Dez Quickstrike @ House of Hoops

Back in August, we gave you a little sneak peek at a special edition of the Big Nike High inspired by the Nike MVPuppets ad campaign. In addition to the obvious star power of the LeBron and Kobe puppets, Lil’ Dez also put in a strong performance in a supporting role. Although the commercials are over for now, Nike is doing their part to make sure that Dez doesn’t get forgotten, so they have whipped up this new version of the Big Nike High. The shoe sports a solid Sport Red leather upper with a White midsole and Varsity Purple lining. Several personal nods to Lil’ Dez are included, most notably, the tongue label and the Lil’ Dez block letters that replace the standard Nike logo. If you’re feeling these attention-grabbers, they will be hitting House of Hoops locations today, October 27th.

Nike Air Yeezy x Air Jordan VI (6) 1 of 1 Sample for Doernbecher Auction | Detailed Look

During the design process for the Nike Air Yeezy, Mark Smith and the wizards in Nike's Innovation Kitchen created a 1 of 1 Nike Air Yeezy sitting on Air Jordan VI tooling. The upper features the complete Nike Air Yeezy as designed by Kanye West and the Nike iK sitting on the midsole and outsole from the Air Jordan VI. The entire package comes in an "all Black everything" Blackout colorway with a smoked Black outsole. This 1 of 1 Nike Air Yeezy x Air Jordan VI Sample was vaulted at the time of it's creation and has never been seen since. Kanye didn't even get to see it.

Unlike many things that get created behind the Innovation Kitchen's iron curtain, the1 of 1 Nike Air Yeezy x Air Jordan VI will be made available to the public through an auction in benefit of the OHSU Doernbecher Children's Hospital. All of the proceeds from the winning bid will go to benefit the Doernbecher program. Look for the auction to go live soon.

Yesterday, we got a look at the Los Angeles version of the Nike Auto Flight and now it’s time to check out another shoe from Nike’s upcoming “Auto” series that reps for L.A.’s east coast rival, New York City. We previewed these back in June, but now we get a peek at some new images of the Auto Force 180. Like the Auto Flight, these kicks take the upper from Charles Barkley’s Air Force 180 and give it a new look thanks to a simplified vulcanized midsole. This Auto Force 180 takes on a New York Knicks color scheme, using a royal blue upper with orange accents and an NYC logo on the heel. Expect these to hit select retailers as a Quickstrike some time during the Holiday ‘09 season. Via HS.

Last week, we showed you some interesting upcoming additions to the Air Max 90 family and now we take a look at another super-fresh version of the classic shoe. This Air Max 90 bears a slight resemblance to the Kaws edition of the Air Max 90 Current from last year, using a very similar eye-catching color scheme. The shoe sports a Black/Dark Grey upper made up of several materials, including the recently seen “splatter” pattern gracing the outer ankle collar. In contrast to the dark base, some Volt accents are spread around on the Swoosh, lining and outsole to liven up the otherwise dark color scheme. Just last week Atmos leaked the updated Nike Dunk Hi AC scheduled for a Tier Zero release this coming September 5th. There will be two simple and subtle colorways featuring canvas uppers in black and grey. Kid Robot x Dallas

Tonight, will be the grand opening of the Kid Robot Pop-up store here in Dallas. It will be located in Mockingbird Station across the lot from Urban Outfitters. The manager will be James, of Centre fame.

The festivities kick off tonight at 6. There will be food, drink, entertainment and giveaways. In fact, the first 200 guests will receive a 3 inch Golden Ticket Hunny Toy autographed by Huck Gee, who will be there all night.

The Hangover Tour with Kid Cudi, Asher Roth, Pac Div, and B.O.B.

Last night was the Dallas leg of The Hangover Tour at the House of Blues. All sneaker heads love music, but at the end of the day, we like love sneakers more. With that said, Sneakernerd RICO was able to get out and take some pics of the various performer's feet.

First up we have Pac Div. Beyoung wore the Black/Cement IVs from the CDP while Big Miggs wore the Patent Vans Chukka Lows. I couldn't get a good look at what Mike had on his feet. If anyone knows, hit us up on the gmail.

B.O.B. gave away a pair of yellow YUMS! that he autographed and threw into the crowd. On his feet, B.O.B. wore a pair of Bred Is from the 60+ pack.

Asher Roth and his hype man came out in a Cadillac Escalade which was definitely the funniest part of the show. Asher stayed true to his frat boy self and rocked a pair of flip-flops which he threw into the crowd and performed the rest of his set in socks. His hype man rocked a pair of Air Pegasus 87 in the coral colorway.

Kid Cudi wore a pair of Black Chucks which he signed and gave away to the hypest male and female fan. Afterwards, he switched to the Jordan IVs from the CDP.

Kid Cudi's autograph reads, "To whom it may concern I LOVE YOU FOR BEING A FAN! 09 Kid Cudi, Good Music."

The show was bananas, the artists showed alot of love to their fans and showed their appreciation of the shoe game. Make sure you show them some love by downloading their mixtapes and buying their albums.

Un-seen Nike Sb 2009 Samples

While we were at Kixpo 2009 we came across a few sample Sb's that are scheduled to release later this year. One sample we were told by Index Skate Shop, is the final product for the "Toxic Avenger" SB Nike has been working on for some time now and has made numerous samples of. Next is a dunk that we are dubbing the "Un-MF Doom" SB's. Little is known about these except that they will be released sometime later this year. And last we have a good picture of the soon to be released, if not already, black Safari print P-Rod 3's, designed by Paul Rodriguez. Much like the kicks seen back in March, Nike continues their vulcanized hybrids with a look into a Holiday 2009 colorway into their new Auto Force silhouette. The shoes take obvious cues from the iconic Air Force 180 with an updated vulcanized sole, making for a more casual aesthetic rather than the traditionally basketball-driven model. Here it is folks, the official release date of the long awaited Supra TK Society. The sneakers will officially land at Supra Footwear retailers around the world on May 17th. Both the Purple Suede Supra TK Society and the Black/Red Supra TK Society will be released and im sure you already know this but both pairs are bound to sell out pretty fast, maybe even as fast as the Yeezy’s (Less then 30mins as most retailers).

To hype up the release of the Supra TK Society Terry Kennedy and Supra are putting together a little tour where they will be stopping by select Supra Footwear retailers accross the US. Supra has hooked up with Stubb’s and Spin Magazine on a Austin inspired Skytop. The name is derived from the legendary bar and kitchen in Austin. The famous sauce has spilled onto the shoe as it resembles the famous Stubb’s BBQ topping. This Friday, a special edition will only be sold at Stubb’s B-B-Q in Austin, Texas. The package will not only include the Skytops but an apron, a bottle of Stubb’s sauce will be nestled nicely inside a wooden handmade box. A universal release will soon follow in the weeks to come.

There will only be 50 boxes for sale this Friday from 10am-11am and each box is numbered. Austin’s getting love, Matt you gotta love it!

Earlier this week Pharrell was seen rocking what we think are most likely an exclusive model of the SpongeBob bapes. If you can remember we have seen the originals rocked by Pharrell and Lupe themselves along with others. But here is a more subtle use of SpongeBob's face with more croc skin instead, which look dope by the way. In the photo you will notice a "bag" which I'm not sure is his or not, but the bag is made by famous brand "Hermes" from what Ive seen and heard online is very expensive. Only Pharrell can pull these off like he does with camo shorts.

Un-eBay Dunks. We have a new March release of a SB Dunk. Brooklyn Projects, based in Los Angeles teamed up with Nike SB to design a pair of lows. These are somewhat similar to the eBay dunk of lore released some time ago, with a ton of color, fabrics and every sneakerhead's favorite, a gum sole.

This sneaker is a hybrid of the Dennis Rodman’s Shake N’ Destrukt and Chris Webber’s Nike Air Max Sensation. And the logo seen in the pic has the letters Yg, standing for "Young Guns". Nike’s Hybrid department is creating new hyrbids as we speak. Hybrid after Hybrid is how Nike has been rolling lately. Some good and some bad, but it doesn’t hurt to try is something we all heard growing up. Today we have our first look at the Air Hoop Structure Hybrid thanks to KATC. What you see is what you get! This hybrid is made up of last year’s best running retro, the Air Structure 91 plus some basketball swagger that will make people look twice when you walk by. If you’ve ever wanted to know, this is what you get when you mix running and basketball together.

In case you don’t know by now, the colorway seen is an OG Air Structure colorway, but this Air Hoop Structure colorway may not release. However, a white/navy/red colorway is set to drop in July and a black/red colorway in September. What will they think of next?

Air Jordan True Flight - 2009 Releases

Pictures of upcoming Air Jordan True Flight models surfaced online a couple months ago, with a colorway here and there slowly hitting the forums and blogs. So far we have caught a look at 5 different Air Jordan True Flight models which are all said to be releasing during the 2009 calendar year.

Upon a quick glance the Air Jordan True Flight would almost appear to be a mock up of the Air Jordan 7, which would make sense since thats where Jordan Brand founds its inspiration for construction of the shoes. The most favorable model in the Air Jordan True Flight lineup, in my opinion, has to be the black and red color scheme above all included with black suede. I cant lie though, im kinda digging all the colorways that are set to release.

The True Flight will fit Jordan Brand retailers January 17th, 2009 for a price of $140. Follow the jump for a look at some of the other colorways which will be made available.

The second collection of the Alife Rivington Club (A.R.C) x Saucony Shadow 6000 has just released and is available online at A.R.C. For the second part of the collaboration, the Shadow 6000 features grey, maroon and navy as opposed to red, blue and green colorways as seen on the first release. However, the same composition of mesh and nylon is kept the same on this group retaining a sporty look with A.R.C finishes. All three are available via A.R.C with a price tag of $100.
